These Caramel Apple Pie Bombs are bite-size pockets of fall happiness. Warm spiced apples wrapped in flaky dough with a molten caramel center—crispy on the outside, gooey on the inside, and impossible to eat just one
ingredients:
for the filling
• 1 cup apple pie filling, finely chopped
• 12 soft caramel candies (or thick caramel squares)
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
for the bombs
• 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
for the coating
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp cinnamon

• Caramel sauce or vanilla glaze

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
assemble the bombs
Flatten each biscuit into a circle.
Place 1 tablespoon chopped apple filling in the center.
Add one caramel candy on top.
Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.
Pinch dough tightly around filling to seal and roll into a ball.

Place seam-side down on baking sheet.
Bake 12–15 minutes until golden brown.

Brush warm bombs with melted butter.
Roll immediately in cinnamon sugar mixture.

• Seal edges well to prevent leaks
• Use Granny Smith apples if making homemade filling
