Creamy Turkey Meatballs with Mushroom Sauce

Ingredients:

1 lb ground turkey

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 egg

1/4 cup almond flour (or breadcrumbs)

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup sliced mushrooms

1 cup heavy cream

1 tbsp olive oil

Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

Mix turkey, Parmesan, egg, almond flour, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Form into small meatballs and pan-fry in olive oil until browned and cooked through.

Remove meatballs, add mushrooms to the same pan, cook until soft.

Add heavy cream, simmer to thicken sauce.

Return meatballs to pan, coat with sauce, heat through.

Garnish with parsley and serve!
