1 cup cooked white rice
2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
1 medium potato, sliced into rounds
½ cup cooked cassava (or boiled potato chunks)
Lettuce leaves
1 medium tomato, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt, black pepper & dried herbs (oregano or mixed herbs)

Boil the eggs for 9–10 minutes, cool, peel, and cut in half.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry potato slices until golden and lightly crisp. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs.
Cook cassava in salted water until tender; drain well.
Prepare the salad with lettuce and sliced tomato. Season lightly with salt and oregano.
Plate the rice as the base, add eggs, crispy potatoes, cassava, and salad neatly on the side.
Serve warm and enjoy a clean, nourishing meal.
