This bold, creamy dip has just the right kick from jalapeños with bright cilantro flavor throughout. Perfect with tortilla chips, tacos, grilled meats, or even as a sandwich spread.
📋 ingredients:
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, packed
• 1–2 jalapeños, seeds removed (leave some seeds for more heat)
• 1 clove garlic
• 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 1/4 tsp cumin (optional)

Add sour cream, mayonnaise, cilantro, jalapeños, garlic, lime juice, salt, pepper, and cumin (if using) to a blender or food processor.
process
Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down sides as needed.

Transfer to a bowl, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let flavors develop.

Stir before serving and adjust salt or lime juice to taste.
