For the Chicken:
1 lb chicken breast, sliced
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp honey (optional)
For the Rice:
1 cup white rice
2 cups water
Pinch of salt
For the Stir-Fry Veggies:
1 cup broccoli florets
1 zucchini, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
½ red onion, sliced
½ bell pepper, sliced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Dipping Sauce:
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp sesame oil

Instructions:
1. Cook Rice: Boil rice in salted water until fluffy (about 15 minutes). Set aside.
2. Marinate Chicken: Mix chicken with soy sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, pepper, and honey. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.
3. Grill Chicken: Sear chicken slices in a hot skillet or grill pan until cooked through and slightly charred.
4. Stir-Fry Veggies: Heat oil in a pan, add veggies, stir-fry for 5–6 minutes until tender-crisp. Season with salt, pepper, and sesame seeds.
5. Make Sauce: Whisk sauce ingredients together in a small bowl.
6. Assemble: Plate the rice, grilled chicken, and veggies. Serve with dipping sauce.
