Grilled chicken breast, sliced
Roasted pumpkin slices
Half a boiled egg
Half an avocado, sliced
Kale, red cabbage, carrot, lettuce mix
Instructions:
1. Grill seasoned chicken until golden and cooked through.
2. Roast pumpkin slices until tender.
3. Assemble the salad mix in a bowl.
4. Add sliced avocado, roasted pumpkin, boiled egg, and grilled chicken on top.
5. Optional: drizzle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
