Ingredients:
8 oz noodles (lo mein, spaghetti, or rice noodles)
1 lb ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cup green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Cook the noodles according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef, breaking it apart as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
Add minced garlic and ginger to the beef and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in soy sauce, hoisin sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, rice vinegar, and red pepper flakes (if using). Simmer for 2-3 minutes.
Toss the cooked noodles with the beef mixture until well coated.
Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve hot.
