Ingredients:
4 lobster tails
4 tablespoons butter, divided
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 ⁄2 cup heavy cream
1 ⁄4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Prepare the lobster tails: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Use kitchen shears to make a lengthwise cut across the top of each lobster shell. Carefully lift the meat, resting it on the shell.
Season: Sprinkle each tail with salt, pepper and a little melted butter.
Bake: Arrange tails on a baking tray and bake for 8-10 minutes, until firm and opaque.
Make the sauce: In a skillet over medium heat, melt remaining butter. Add garlic and sautΓ© until aromatic. Pour in heavy cream and Parmesan, and simmer until thickened. Stir in lemon juice and season with salt and pepper to taste.
Finish and serve: Spoon rich garlic butter sauce over cooked lobster tails and garnish with parsley.
