Ingredients:
- 2 lobster tails
- 2 beef steaks (your choice of cut)
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Fresh herbs (like parsley or thyme) for garnish
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions:
1. Start by preheating your skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of butter and let it melt.
2. Season the beef steaks with salt and pepper on both sides. Place them in the skillet and sear for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness. Remove the steaks and let them rest.
3. In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and the minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
4. Place the lobster tails in the skillet, cut side down. Sear for about 3 minutes, then flip them over and cook until the meat is opaque and firm. This should take another 3-4 minutes.
5. Remove the lobster tails and place them alongside the rested steaks on a serving plate.
6. Drizzle the garlic butter from the skillet over both the lobster and steaks.
7. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
Notes:
- For added flavor, feel free to sprinkle some additional herbs over the dish before serving.
- Make sure not to overcook the lobster; it should be tender and juicy.
