Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Prep the Chicken: Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, chopped rosemary, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Rub this mixture all over the chicken breasts to coat them evenly.
Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breasts. Cook for 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
Serve: Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after cooking, then serve hot, garnished with additional fresh rosemary if desired.
