recipe
- butter 170 g.
- Sugar 260 g.
- Eggs 3 units. - Vanilla essence.
- Flour 280 g.
- Bitter cocoa 70 g.
- Salt 1 pinch.
- Baking powder 1 tbsp.
- Orange zest.
- Milk 190 cc.
Chocolate Bath:
- Dark Chocolate 150 g
- Water 60 cc.
- Sugar 125 g.
Procedure:
1. Whip the butter with the sugar until cremated. Add the eggs of A 1 add the sifted dry.
2. Bake in medium oven for 40 minutes.
3. For the bath, bring the water to a boil along with the sugar while chopping the chocolate very small.
4. Pour the hot preparation over the chocolate, wait a few minutes and stir well.
5. Bathe the pudding and decorate as you like.
