Chocolate Crepes

Ingredients:

200g flour

3 eggs

500ml milk

50g melted butter

2 tbsp cocoa powder

2 tbsp sugar

Preparation:

In a large bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.

Add the eggs and begin mixing.

Gradually pour in the milk while whisking to obtain a smooth batter.

Incorporate the melted butter and mix well.

Let the batter rest for 20 minutes.

Heat a non-stick pan and pour in a small ladleful of batter.

Cook each crepe for about 1 minute on each side.

Repeat until all the batter is used.

Serve warm with melted chocolate or as desired.
