Soft Homemade Brioches
Ingredients:
500g flour
100g softened butter
200ml lukewarm milk
70g sugar
3 eggs
1 sachet of baker's yeast
1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baker's yeast, and salt.
Add the eggs and lukewarm milk, then mix until you obtain a smooth dough.
Incorporate the softened butter and knead the dough for several minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place until it has doubled in volume.
Deflate the dough, then shape it into small, even balls.
Place them on a baking sheet or in a baking basket, then let them rise a second time.
Bake in a preheated oven until the brioches are golden brown.
Let them cool slightly before serving.
Delicious homemade brioches, soft and golden, perfect for breakfast or afternoon tea.
