๐˜๐˜ฏ๐˜จ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ๐˜ช๐˜ฆ๐˜ฏ๐˜ต๐˜ด:
• 8 large eggs
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
• 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
• 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1/4 cup onion, diced
• Salt and pepper, to taste
๐˜—๐˜ณ๐˜ฐ๐˜ค๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ๐˜ถ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a quiche pan, or round baking dish with cooking spray or olive oil.
2. Sautรฉ the onions in a pan with a bit of oil until softened, about 3 minutes. Add spinach and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes.
3. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and heavy cream. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the spinach mixture, crumbled bacon, and mozzarella cheese.
4. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes until the quiche is set.
5. Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
