Cheesy seafood goodness wrapped in melty, golden perfection!
For the Rolls:
1/2 lb cooked shrimp, chopped
1/2 lb lump crab meat
1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp chopped jalapeΓ±os (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Old Bay or Cajun seasoning
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
6 medium flour tortillas
For the Queso Sauce:
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
1 cup milk
1 1/4 cups shredded white cheddar or pepper jack cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Dash of paprika or cayenne
In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab, Monterey Jack, cream cheese, sour cream, seasonings, jalapeΓ±os, and parsley. Stir until well blended. This is your flavor-loaded seafood bomb for the ultimate stuffed roll win.
Spoon filling down the center of each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish. The creamy-cheesy magic starts here!
In a saucepan, melt butter, whisk in flour to make a roux. Slowly add milk, then stir in cheese until melted smooth. Season to taste. This melty queso drizzle brings it all home with next-level comfort.
Pour half the queso over rolls, bake at 375°F for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly. Broil the top for 2–3 minutes if you want that perfect cheesy crust.
Drizzle with remaining queso, sprinkle with parsley, and serve hot. It’s a crowd-pleasing, fiesta-ready dish that’s too good to share!
