📝 𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

For the Chicken:

1 boneless skinless chicken breast

1 tsp olive oil

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

Salt & black pepper to taste

Optional: splash of soy sauce or chicken broth

For the Veggies:

2 cups broccoli florets

1/2 cup carrots, sliced

Salt to taste

Optional: garlic powder or lemon juice

👨‍🍳 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬

Cook the Chicken: Season chicken with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 18–22 minutes or pan-sear until fully cooked. Let rest, then chop or shred.

Steam the Veggies: Steam broccoli and carrots for 6–8 minutes until tender but still bright green.

Combine: Toss chopped chicken with carrots and a splash of broth or soy sauce if desired. Adjust seasoning.

Meal Prep Ready: Portion broccoli on one side of a glass container and chicken on the other. Seal and store for the week.
