Firecracker Bacon Cheddar Cheeseburger Stuffed Onion Bombs

Ingredients:

- 4 large onions

- 1 lb ground beef

- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1/4 cup chopped cooked bacon

- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

- 1/4 cup BBQ sauce

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Preheat your grill to medium heat. Cut off the top and bottom of each onion, peel off the outer skin, and cut in half. Carefully separate the onion layers to create bowls. In a bowl, mix together the ground beef, breadcrumbs, bacon, cheddar cheese, BBQ sauce, salt, and pepper. Divide the mixture evenly among the onion bowls, pressing it down to fill the onion completely. Place the filled onions on the grill and cook for about 20-25 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through and the onions are tender.
