This genius shortcut turns simple tortillas into ultra-crispy garlic bread in minutes. Perfect as a snack, side, or dunker for soups and pasta.
π ingredients:
• 2 large flour tortillas
• 2 tbsp melted butter
• 1 tsp garlic powder (or 1/2 tsp garlic salt)
• 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1/4 tsp paprika (optional)
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella or Italian blend cheese
• 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
• Optional toppings: red pepper flakes, dried parsley

prep the tortillas
Brush one side of each tortilla with melted butter. Sprinkle evenly with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika.

Flip tortillas butter-side down in the air fryer basket. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan evenly over the top.
air fry
