Spicy Tofu Green Goddess Bowl



This bowl brings the heat and the freshness — smoky tofu, creamy avo, crunchy cukes, and all the green goodness on a bed of fluffy rice. It’s plant-based, power-packed, and straight-up delicious!

๐ˆ๐ง๐ ๐ซ๐ž๐๐ข๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐ฌ:

1 block firm tofu, pressed and cubed

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sriracha or gochujang

1 tbsp sesame oil

1 cup cooked jasmine or sushi rice

1/2 avocado, sliced

1/4 cup edamame

1/4 cucumber, thinly sliced

1 jalapeรฑo, thinly sliced

1 green onion, chopped

1/2 tsp sesame seeds (white + black)

Optional: garlic powder, lime juice

Marinate the Tofu:

In a bowl, toss tofu cubes with soy sauce, sriracha/gochujang, sesame oil, and a pinch of garlic powder. Let sit for 15–30 minutes if possible.

Cook the Tofu:

Air-fry or pan-fry the tofu until golden and crispy on all sides (about 8–10 minutes). Set aside to cool slightly.

Assemble the Bowl:

Start with a scoop of rice. Add sliced avocado, edamame, cucumber, and jalapeรฑo around the edges.

Top it Off:

Place the tofu in the center, sprinkle chopped green onions and sesame seeds all over. Hit it with lime juice for extra zing!
