Sweet, savory, crunchy, and melty all at once — this elegant flatbread feels fancy but comes together fast. Perfect for holiday appetizers, wine nights, or a cozy night in.
๐ ingredients:
• 1 store-bought flatbread or naan
• 6–8 oz brie cheese, rind removed and sliced
• 1/3 cup dried cranberries
• 1/3 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• Fresh rosemary or thyme, finely chopped (optional)
hot honey drizzle
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

toast the walnuts
Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C).
Spread walnuts on a small baking sheet and toast for 5–7 minutes until fragrant. Set aside.
prep the flatbread
Place flatbread on a baking sheet. Brush lightly with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
assemble
Arrange brie slices evenly over the flatbread.
Sprinkle cranberries and toasted walnuts on top.
Add a pinch of fresh rosemary or thyme if using.
bake
Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the flatbread is crispy and the brie is melted and bubbly.
make the hot honey
While baking, warm honey and red pepper flakes in a small saucepan over low heat for 2–3 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in apple cider vinegar.
finish & serve
Drizzle warm hot honey over the flatbread right before serving.
Slice and enjoy immediately.
