For the Creamy Chicken:
1 lb chicken breast, sliced into strips
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp sour cream or cream cheese
1/4 tsp dried parsley (optional)
For the Plate:
1 cup cooked white rice
1 cup green peas
1 cup baby carrots

Season the Chicken:
Toss chicken strips with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Sear:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 3–4 minutes per side until lightly golden.
Make It Creamy:
Lower heat and stir in heavy cream and sour cream (or cream cheese). Simmer 3–5 minutes until thick, glossy, and coating the chicken.
Cook the Veggies:

Serve:
