1. Double Chocolate Muffins

1.5 cups flour, 1/2 cup cocoa powder, 3/4 cup whole milk, 3/4 cup sugar, 2 large eggs, 1 tsp baking powder, 1/3 cup vegetable oil, 1 tsp vanilla extract, 1/2 tsp salt, 1 cup dark chocolate chips.
