1. Garlic Butter Chicken
Ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts
• Salt & pepper
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 3 tbsp butter
• 5 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
Instructions:
1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden (5–6 min each side).
3. Add butter and garlic, cook until fragrant.
4. Add lemon juice and seasoning.
5. Spoon sauce over chicken and serve.
🍲 2. Creamy Tuscan Chicken
Ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts
• Salt & pepper
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup spinach
Instructions:
1. Season and cook chicken in oil until browned. Remove.
2. In same pan, cook garlic and sun-dried tomatoes.
3. Add cream and simmer.
4. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
5. Return chicken and simmer 5–10 minutes.
🍖 3. BBQ Baked Chicken
Ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts
• Salt & pepper
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 cup BBQ sauce
• 1/4 cup brown sugar
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Mix BBQ sauce, sugar, and spices.
3. Season chicken and place in baking dish.
4. Pour sauce over chicken.
5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, basting halfway.
🍅 4. Caprese Chicken
Ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts
• Salt & pepper
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tomatoes (sliced)
• Mozzarella slices
• Fresh basil
Instructions:
1. Season and cook chicken in a pan.
2. Add tomato and mozzarella on top.
3. Cover and cook until cheese melts.
4. Garnish with basil and serve.
🍯 5. Honey Garlic Chicken
Ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts
• Salt & pepper
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions:
1. Season and cook chicken until browned.
2. Add garlic and cook briefly.
3. Mix honey and soy sauce, pour in.
4. Simmer until thick and sticky.
5. Coat chicken well and serve.
🍋 6. Lemon Herb Chicken
Ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts
• Salt & pepper
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Fresh herbs
• Lemon zest
Instructions:
1. Season chicken with herbs and spices.
2. Cook in olive oil until golden.
3. Add lemon juice and zest.
4. Cook 2–3 more minutes.
5. Serve with extra herbs.
🌶️ 7. Buffalo Chicken
Ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts
• Salt & pepper
• 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
• 2 tbsp butter
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions:
1. Cook chicken in a pan until done.
2. Melt butter and mix with buffalo sauce.
3. Pour sauce over chicken.
4. Simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Serve with dip or salad.
🧀 8. Stuffed Chicken Breast
Ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts
• Salt & pepper
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• 1 cup spinach
• 1/2 cup cream cheese
• 1/2 cup mozzarella
Instructions:
1. Cut a pocket in each chicken breast.
2. Mix spinach, cream cheese, and mozzarella.
3. Stuff chicken with mixture.
4. Season outside.
5. Bake at 200°C for 25–30 minutes.
🍱 9. Teriyaki Chicken
Ingredients:
• 4 chicken breasts
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1/4 cup honey
• 2 tbsp mirin
• 1 tsp grated ginger
Instructions:
1. Cook chicken in oil until browned.
2. Mix soy sauce, honey, mirin, and ginger.
3. Pour sauce into pan.
4. Simmer until thick and glossy.
5. Coat chicken and serve with rice.
