🥄 Velvety Pistachio Cream
Ingredients:
• Pastry cream – 250g
• Pistachio paste – 60g
• Unsalted butter – 20g
• Chopped pistachios – 15g
Preparation:
Ease the pastry cream.
Add the pistachio paste and mix well.
Incorporate the softened butter.
Add the chopped pistachios and mix gently.
Refrigerate before using.

Ingredients:
• Pastry cream – 250g
• Coffee extract – 8g
• Whipped cream – 80g
• Sugar – 15g
Preparation:
Mix the pastry cream with the coffee extract.
Add the sugar and mix well.
Gently fold in the whipped cream.
Mix until light and fluffy.
Chill.
🍋 Light Lemon Cream
Ingredients:
• Pastry cream – 250g
• Lemon zest – 1
• Lemon juice – 20g
• Whipped cream – 70g
Preparation:
Add the lemon zest and juice to the pastry cream.
Mix until smooth.
Gently fold in the whipped cream.
Mix until light and fluffy.

Ingredients:
• Pastry cream – 250g
• Hazelnut praline – 70g
• Softened butter – 25g
• Roasted hazelnuts – 20g
Preparation:
Mix the pastry cream with the hazelnut praline.
Add the softened butter and mix well.
Add the roasted hazelnuts.
Mix until smooth and homogeneous.
Refrigerate before using.
