These bite-sized beauties are the ultimate no-share dessert treat!
For the Brownie Base
½ cup unsalted butter, melted
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ cup all-purpose flour
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp baking powder
For the Edible Cookie Dough Layer
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
½ cup brown sugar
¼ cup granulated sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated*)
½ cup mini chocolate chips
For the Ganache Topping
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
⅓ cup heavy cream
Extra mini chocolate chips (for garnish)
*To heat-treat flour: microwave in a bowl for 1 minute, stirring halfway, until it reaches 165°F to ensure it's safe to eat raw.
Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Pour into greased mini muffin tin and bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes. Cool completely. These are your rich, fudgy foundation and bite-size brownie bombs.
Beat butter and sugars until fluffy. Add milk and vanilla, then gradually mix in heat-treated flour and chocolate chips. Roll into balls or scoop onto cooled brownie bases. It’s that cookie dough fantasy made real!
Heat cream and pour over chocolate chips. Let sit, then stir until smooth. Spoon over each bite and finish with extra chocolate chips for maximum indulgence vibes and next-level chocolatey goodness.
Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes to set the ganache. These are party-perfect, freezer-friendly, and totally addictive!
