Ingredients

Frozen pierogi (your favorite flavor)

Smoked sausage (sliced)

Onion (sliced)

Bell pepper (sliced)

Olive oil

Salt and pepper

Optional toppings: sour cream, green onions, etc.

Instructions

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Toss pierogi, sausage, onion, and bell pepper with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan.

Spread everything out evenly.

Bake for 20–25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until pierogi are golden and sausage is cooked.

Serve with sour cream or other toppings.

Tips

You can use any variety of frozen pierogi (potato and cheese, sauerkraut, etc.).

Add other veggies like mushrooms or cherry tomatoes if you like.

For extra crispiness, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end.
