🍮 1. Cream Puffs
Ingredients:
Choux pastry:
65 ml water
65 ml milk
50 g butter
75 g flour
2 eggs
Filling:
20 cl heavy cream
100 g mascarpone cheese
1 to 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
(Optional) vanilla
Preparation:
Bring the water, milk, and butter to a boil.
Add the flour and mix.
Remove from heat and stir in the eggs.
Shape the choux pastries and bake at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.
Whip the cream with the mascarpone and sugar.
Fill the cooled choux pastries.
🍓 2. Pavlova
Ingredients:
3 egg whites
150g sugar
1/2 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp cornstarch
(Optional) berries
Preparation:
Beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
Gradually add the sugar.
Fold in the vinegar and cornstarch.
Shape into a disc.
Bake at 120°C (250°F) for 1 hour.
Top with cream and berries.
🍫 3. Brownies
Ingredients:
150g dark chocolate
100g butter
100g sugar
100g brown sugar
3 eggs
100g flour
Preparation:
Melt the chocolate and butter.
Add the sugars, then the eggs.
Fold in the flour.
Pour into a baking pan.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
🍓 4. Strawberry Tartlets
Ingredients:
250g shortcrust pastry
400g strawberries
Cream:
200ml milk
40g sugar
2 egg yolks
30g cornflour
Preparation:
Bake the tartlet shells.
Prepare the pastry cream.
Fill the tartlets.
Add the strawberries.
🍒 5. Cherry Clafoutis
Ingredients:
500g cherries
100g flour
70g sugar
3 eggs
250ml milk
Preparation:
Arrange the cherries in a baking dish.
Mix all the ingredients.
Pour over the fruit.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 35 minutes.
🧁 6. Chocolate Chip Muffins
Ingredients:
250g flour
150g sugar
100g butter
2 eggs
100ml milk
100g chocolate chips
Preparation:
Mix the dry ingredients.
Add the eggs, milk, and melted butter.
Fold in the chocolate chips.
Pour into muffin tins.
Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20 minutes.
