Mediterranean Salad: Fresh and Light 🥗
Ingredients:
100g feta cheese
10 cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber
Black olives
1/2 bell pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
Preparation:
Wash the cherry tomatoes and halve them.
Peel the cucumber and slice it.
Slice the bell pepper into thin strips.
Crumble or cube the feta cheese.
In a salad bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, and black olives.
Stir in the feta.
Drizzle with olive oil and toss gently.
Serve chilled.
