Light and Satisfying Tuna, Cucumber, and Avocado Salad
Ingredients:
10 cherry tomatoes
150g tuna
1 cucumber
1 avocado
1/2 red onion
2 tbsp plain yogurt
Preparation:
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half.
Peel the cucumber if desired, then slice it.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice it.
Finely chop the half red onion.
Drain the tuna and flake it into a bowl.
Arrange the cucumber, tomatoes, avocado, red onion, and tuna in a large salad bowl.
Add the plain yogurt on top.
Gently toss and serve chilled.
