Onion Rings

Ingredients: 2 large onions, 1 cup breadcrumbs, 1/2 cup flour, 2 eggs, 1 tsp paprika, cooking spray.


Instructions: Slice the onions into rings. Coat them in flour, then dip them in beaten eggs, and finally coat them in the breadcrumbs mixed with paprika. Lightly spray with cooking spray. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes, turning them halfway through.


Crispy Ravioli

Ingredients: 1 cup fresh ravioli, 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp Italian herbs, 1 1/2 cups grated Parmesan cheese.


Instructions: Toss the ravioli with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian herbs, and Parmesan cheese. Arrange them in a single layer in the steamer basket. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.


Potato Wedges

Ingredients: 3 large potatoes, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp paprika, 1/2 tsp garlic powder, salt, pepper, fresh parsley.


Instructions: Cut the potatoes into wedges. Toss them with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 18 to 22 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through. Add fresh parsley before serving.


Mini Pizzas

Ingredients: mini pizza bases, tomato sauce, shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, bell peppers, oregano.


Instructions: Spread tomato sauce on each base. Add the mozzarella, pepperoni, bell peppers, and a sprinkle of oregano. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 6 to 8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden brown.



Breaded Mushrooms

Ingredients: 250g mushrooms, 1/2 cup flour, 2 eggs, 1 cup panko breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder.


Instructions: Coat the mushrooms in flour, then dip them in beaten eggs, and finally coat them in panko breadcrumbs seasoned with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Place them in a baking basket. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 8 to 10 minutes, until crispy.


Halloumi Sticks

Ingredients: 200g halloumi cheese, 1/2 cup flour, 2 eggs, 1 cup breadcrumbs, 1 tsp paprika, chopped parsley.


Instructions: Cut the halloumi into sticks. Coat them in flour, then dip them in beaten eggs, and finally coat them in breadcrumbs mixed with paprika. Bake at 190°C (375°F) for 8-10 minutes. Add the chopped parsley before serving.


Spicy Cauliflower

Ingredients: 1 small cauliflower, 2 tbsp oil, 1 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp cumin, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese (optional).


Instructions: Cut the cauliflower into florets. Toss with oil, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Bake at 190°C for 12 to 15 minutes, stirring halfway through. Add some Parmesan cheese if desired before serving.
