Ingredients
### **Dough**
* 2 cups all-purpose flour
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1 tbsp oil
* ~3/4 cup warm water
### **Filling**
* 2 medium potatoes (boiled & mashed)
* 1 cup shredded cheese (mozzarella or cheddar)
* 1/2 tsp salt
* 1/2 tsp black pepper
* 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
* 1 tbsp chopped coriander or parsley
* 1 clove garlic (minced, optional)

Instructions
### 1. Make the Dough
* Mix flour + salt + oil
* Add water gradually and knead into a **soft dough**
* Cover and rest for **20 minutes**

### 2. Prepare Filling
* Mash potatoes until smooth
* Mix in cheese, spices, herbs, and garlic
* Divide into balls
### 3. Assemble
* Divide dough into equal balls
* Roll one slightly, place filling inside
* Seal and gently flatten

### 4. Cook
* Roll into a flatbread (not too thin)
* Cook on a hot pan (no oil or light butter)
* Cook both sides until golden with crispy spots
