A fresh and flavorful dinner idea that hits every craving!
For the Spicy Garlic Shrimp:
1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic (minced)
1/2 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp chili flakes (or more if you like heat)
1/2 red bell pepper, sliced
1/2 green bell pepper, sliced
1/2 small onion, sliced
Salt & black pepper, to taste
For the Veggie Rice:
1 cup long grain white rice (cooked)
1/4 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup green peas
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt, to taste
For the Avocado Slices:
1 ripe avocado, sliced
Pinch of sea salt & black pepper
In a hot skillet with olive oil, cook garlic for 1 minute. Add shrimp, paprika, chili flakes, and veggies. Sauté until shrimp is pink and veggies are tender-crisp for a flavor-packed weeknight dinner win.
In a pan, warm cooked rice with carrots and peas. Add garlic powder and salt, stir until heated through—your easy side dish upgrade is done!
Cut avocado into even slices, season with salt and pepper for a cool creamy contrast that balances the heat.
