2 tbsp butter
1 small onion, thinly sliced

For the Creamy Smashed Potatoes:
4 medium red potatoes, quartered
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tbsp butter
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Optional: sprinkle of chopped parsley
For the Steamed Broccoli:
2 cups broccoli florets
Salt, to taste
Optional: drizzle of olive oil or lemon squeeze
Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet. Add onions and cook until golden. Toss in shrimp, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt & pepper. Sear until shrimp is pink and juicy—this is your flavor-loaded dinner win.
Boil red potatoes in salted water until fork-tender. Mash with sour cream, butter, and pepper for a creamy texture dream that hits just right.
Steam broccoli until bright green and tender-crisp—add a pinch of salt or drizzle olive oil for easy healthy balance on your plate.
Spoon the creamy potatoes into one side, pile on the shrimp and onions, and nestle broccoli to the side. Drizzle any leftover garlic butter from the pan for next-level flavor action.
