Eggplant stuffed with beef


Ingredients

2 grandes aubergines

300g of ground beef

1 chopped onion

2 cloves of garlic

400g tomato sauce with bell peppers

100g of shaved cheese

Olive oil

Salt and pepper....

Preparation

*Cut the eggplant into thick slices lengthwise.

*Brown the eggplant slices in a pan or oven with a little olive oil until they are tender.

* In a frying pan, bring back the onion and garlic, then add the minced meat to make it golden brown.

*Pour tomato sauce with peppers over meat and let simmer for a few minutes.

* On a baking plate, arrange the first slice of eggplant.

* Lay a layer of grated cheese, then coat generously with the meat stuffing.

*Layer a second slice of eggplant and add meat and sauce on top again.

* Turn to the oven at 200 degrees for 10 minutes to grate well together.
