𝘐𝘯𝘨𝘳𝘦𝘥𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘵𝘴:
• 1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1 tbsp rice vinegar
• 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1 tbsp cornstarch
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp ginger, minced
• 2 dried red chilies
• 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
• 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
• 1/2 cup beef broth
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 cup unsalted dry roasted peanuts
𝘗𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘦𝘥𝘶𝘳𝘦:
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, hoisin sauce, sugar, and cornstarch. Add the sliced beef to the mixture and marinate for 20 minutes.
2. Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and cook for 3-4 minutes until browned. Remove the beef and set aside.
3. In the same pan, add garlic, ginger, dried chilies,, and bell peppers. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
Return the beef to the pan, the add the beef broth, soy sauce, sesame oil and sugar. Stir and let it simmer together for 2-3 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
4. Drop in the peanuts, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving bowl with steamed rice.
5. Serve & Enjoy!
