Ingredients:

For the Cupcakes:

1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour 🌾

1 ½ tsp baking powder πŸ₯„

½ cup (115g) unsalted butter, softened 🧈

1 cup (200g) granulated sugar 🟑

2 large eggs πŸ₯š

2 tsp vanilla extract 🍦

½ cup (120ml) whole milk πŸ₯›

For the Frosting:

1 cup (230g) unsalted butter, softened 🧈

3 ½ cups (440g) powdered sugar 🍚

2 tsp vanilla extract 🍦

2-3 tbsp milk πŸ₯›

Food coloring in pastel shades 🎨

Star-shaped sprinkles ⭐

Instructions:

Make the Cupcakes:

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) πŸ”₯. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners 🧁.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt 🌾πŸ₯„πŸ§‚.

In a separate bowl, cream the softened butter and granulated sugar together until light and fluffy 🧈🍚.

Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition πŸ₯š.

Stir in the vanilla extract 🍦.
