2/3 cup milk of choice * I like a combination of canned coconut milk and unsweetened almond milk
1 teaspoons pure maple syrup* optional

1 teaspoon raw cacao powder
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract optional
Dash cinnamon optional
3 to 5 ice cubes
