SKINNY, lightened up and healthy enchilada bake!!!! Made right in the crockpot!!! So cheesy and yet guilt-free!!! INGREDIENTS 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts 1 1/4 cups chicken broth 1 cup uncooked quinoa, rinsed 1 10-ounce can enchilada sauce 1 4.5-ounce can chopped green chilies 1/2 cup corn kernels, frozen, canned or roasted 1/2 cup canned black beans, drained and rinsed 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves 1/2 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon chili powder Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 1 avocado, halved, seeded, peeled and diced 1 Roma tomato, diced INSTRUCTIONS Place chicken into a 6-qt slow cooker. Ingredients For the wardrobe ▢1 lemon juice juice ▢2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar ▢1 tablespoon of honey ▢Kosher salt ▢Ground black pepper ▢1 ⁄4 cup extra virgin olive oil For the salad ▢1 ⁄2 cup sliced almonds ▢1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil ▢ 6 ounces baby spinach ▢1 pound cut and thinly sliced strawberries ▢2 small shallots, thinly sliced ▢1 ⁄2 cup coarsely chopped fresh mint ▢1 ⁄4 cup crumbled feta and more to taste Instructions Make the vinaigrette: In a small bowl, combine the lemon juice, balsamic vinegar and honey. Ingrédients 4 gros seins de poulet 4 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive divisé 1 cuillère à café de sel 1/4 cuillère à café de poivre 1/2 cuillère à café d'oignon en poudre 1/2 cuillère à café d'ail en poudre 1/4 cuillère à café de paprika Pour le remplissage : 2 tasses de brocoli haché plus petits morceaux 1/2 tasse de fromage cheddar râpé 6 onces de fromage à la crème adouci 1 gousse d'ail hachée Un peu de sel et de poivre Instructions Préchauffez le four à 375 degrés.
