🔹 For the red velvet cake layers:
• 1 large egg 🥚

• 1/2 cup vegetable oil

🔹 For the white chocolate cheesecake layer:
• 1 cup white chocolate, melted 🍫
• 1/4 cup heavy cream heavy
• 1 tsp vanilla extract 🍦
• 16 oz cream cheese, softened 🧀
• 1 cup granulated sugar 🍬
• 2 large eggs 🥚
🔹 For the Red Velvet Gelée Topping:
• 1/4 cup sugar 🍬
• 1 tbsp powdered gelatin
• 1 cup cranberry or raspberry juice 🍇
🔹 For Garnish (optional):
• Whipped cream 🍦
• Dark chocolate chunks 🍫
• Red velvet crumbs
• Chocolate chips 🍫
👵🏼Instructions👵🏼
1️⃣ Cake Layers: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another. Combine the mixtures and divide into two 8-inch pans. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
2️⃣ Cheesecake layer: Preheat to 325°F (165°C). Beat together the cream cheese, sugar, and eggs. Add the white chocolate, cream, and vanilla. Pour into a springform pan with a bain-marie and bake for 45-50 minutes. Cool and refrigerate.
3️⃣ Red velvet jelly: Heat the juice with sugar. Add the hydrated gelatin and mix. Let cool slightly before pouring over the cheesecake. Refrigerate until set.
4️⃣ Assembly: Place one cake layer, then the cheesecake, and finally the second cake layer. Decorate with whipped cream, chocolate pieces, and red velvet crumbs.
